To complete your ePay Wallet validation, please upload a screenshot from Settings → Profile
The screenshot must clearly display your:
▪️ Full address
▪️ Date of Birth
▪️ Email address
▪️ Address
▪️ Mobile number
▪️ Customer number
Keep in mind that these details are not visible in the ePay app; therefore, you can take a screenshot in one of the following ways:
Option 1: Use a computer or laptop to capture the full screen.
Option 2: Use your mobile phone with the Chrome browser, and:
Log in to the official ePay Wallet website.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select “Desktop site”.
Make sure the URL bar is visible, then take the screenshot.
Upload the photo directly through your Betano account by going to Account → Profile → Verification Process → Additional Documents.
