To complete your Neteller account validation, please upload a screenshot from Settings → Account → Personal Information (via the app or an internet browser)
The screenshot must clearly display your:
▪️ Full address
▪️ Mobile phone number
▪️ Email address
You can take the screenshot in one of the following ways:
Option 1: Use a computer or laptop to capture the full screen.
Option 2: Use your mobile phone with the Chrome browser, and:
Log in to the official Neteller website.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select “Desktop site.”
Make sure the URL bar is visible, then take the screenshot.
Upload the photo directly through your Betano account by going to Account → Profile → Verification Process → Additional Documents.
