To verify your Skrill account, please upload a screenshot from Settings → Personal Details
(using either the Skrill app or a web browser)
The screenshot must clearly show:
▪️ Full name
▪️ Address
▪️ Mobile phone number
▪️ Email address
You can capture your screenshot in one of the following ways:
Option 1: Use a computer or laptop to ensure all details are visible.
Option 2: Use your mobile phone with the Chrome browser, and:
- Log in to the official Skrill website.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select “Desktop site”.
- Make sure the URL bar is visible, then take the screenshot.
Note: The "Desktop site" mode can only be enabled after logging in to your Skrill account via the browser.
Upload the photo directly through your Betano account by going to My Account → Profile → Verification Process → Additional Document.
