Verifying my Credit | Debit | Prepaid Card

To verify your credit or debit card, please follow one of these three steps:

1. Front Side of the Card

   • Provide a color photo of the front side of your card, with the sensitive information covered.

   • For security purposes, our system will automatically hide the sensitive data.

   • Ensure the following details are visible:

     • First 4 or 6 digits

     • Last 4 digits

     • Expiration date

     • The cardholder's first and last name

2. Transaction Proof

   • Upload a color photo of a recent transaction made with the card. This image should show:

     • First 4 or 6 digits

     • Last 4 digits

     • Expiration date

     • The cardholder’s first and last name

3. Bank App Screenshot

   • Provide a screenshot from your banking app displaying the card, showing:

     • First 4 or 6 digits

     • Last 4 digits

     • The cardholder’s first and last name

     • Expiration date (optional)

Once you have one of these files, log in to your Betano account, navigate to My Account → Profile → Verification Process, and upload it for verification. To ensure that your documents meet our requirements, please note that they must be clearly captured, with all four corners visible, and current (not expired).
