If you’ve lost access to your registered email address and want to update it, here’s what to do:
Option 1: You Have Access to Your Betano Account
Log in and go to Profile.
Select Personal Data.
Enter your new email address.
A 5-digit verification code will be sent to your new email.
Enter the code in the designated field to confirm the change.
Option 2: You DO NOT Have Access to Your Betano Account
Contact Betano Customer Support via Live Chat, Email, or Phone.
During the verification process, be ready to provide the following:
Full name
Username
ID number
Date of birth
Your old and new email addresses
Once your information is verified, a support agent will guide you through the next steps to update your email.
