If you’re accessing Betano through a browser on your mobile device, enable location permissions in the settings of the browser app you are using to successfully geolocate and confirm your location.
Here’s how you do this on Safari and Chrome on your iOS device:
Safari
Turn on Location Services and Allow Location Sharing:
Go to Settings → Privacy → Location Services → ON.
Choose Safari Websites from the list of apps:
Select “While Using the App” and turn Precise Location ON.
Open the website in Safari and allow the browser to use your location.
If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked Don’t Allow by mistake, reset Location Data and Privacy:
Go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Location and Privacy
Enter your device password if required
Return to the gaming site and refresh the page.
Chrome
Turn on Location Services and Allow Location Sharing:
Go to Settings → Privacy → Location Services → ON.
Choose Google Chrome from the list of apps:
Select “While Using the App” and turn Precise Location ON.
Open the website in Chrome and allow the browser to use your current location.
If the pop-up did not appear or you clicked Don’t Allow by mistake, reset Location Data and Privacy:
Go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Location and Privacy
Enter your device password if required
Return to the gaming site and refresh the page.
