If you haven't received your activation code, please follow these steps. If an SMS message fails, we will automatically attempt to resend the code using an alternative method (RCS).
1. Basic SMS Troubleshooting
First, check these common reasons for a delayed or missing SMS code.
Check Your Mobile Number: Verify that the mobile number you provided during registration is correct.
Wait a Few Minutes: Sometimes, message delivery may be delayed due to network congestion. Please wait and check again.
Check for Network Issues: Make sure you have a strong mobile signal. Try restarting your phone and checking again.
Look in Your Spam or Blocked Messages: Some mobile carriers or phone settings may filter out automated messages. Check if the message was blocked or marked as spam.
2. About RCS Delivery
If SMS delivery fails, we will automatically try to resend the code via RCS (Rich Communication Services). This is a modern messaging protocol that works over the internet. For this to work, you must have RCS enabled and be connected to the internet.
How to Enable RCS
On Android: Open the Messages app, tap your profile picture, go to Messages settings, and tap RCS chats. From there, turn it on.
On iPhone (iOS 18 or later): Go to Settings → Messages and look for RCS Messaging under the Text Messaging section. Toggle it on.
Note: RCS availability on iPhone depends on your mobile carrier. The feature will only appear and work if your carrier supports it.
3. Still Having Trouble?
Check your internet connection: Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or has mobile data turned on, as RCS requires an internet connection to work.
