A change to your date of birth (DOB) can only be made through Customer Support.
To request a DOB change:
Contact our support team via Live Chat, Email, or Phone.
During the process, you’ll be asked to provide:
Full name
Username
ID number
Your current and correct date of birth
Registered email address
Please have a clear electronic copy of your valid ID ready for verification.
Once your information is confirmed, a support agent will guide you through updating your date of birth.
