Option 1: You Have Access to Your Betano Account
Log in and go to your Profile.
Select Personal Data.
Update your address details with the new information.
Option 2: You DO NOT Have Access to Your Account
Contact Betano Customer Support via Live Chat, Email, or Phone.

Full name
Username
ID number
Date of birth
Your old and new addresses
Once your information is confirmed, our support team will help you update your address.
