How to Change my Email Address

If you’ve lost access to your registered email address and want to update it, here’s what to do:

Option 1: You Have Access to Your Betano Account

1. Log in and go to My Account → Profile → Personal Details

2. Click "Edit" next to your email

3. Enter your new email address and click the "Save" button

4. A 5-digit verification code will be sent to your new email

5. Enter the code in the designated field to confirm the change

Option 2: You DO NOT Have Access to Your Betano Account

• Contact Betano Customer Support via Live Chat, Email, or Phone

• During the verification process, be ready to provide the following:

  • Full name

  • Username

  • ID number

  • Date of birth

  • Your old and new email addresses

• Once your information is verified, a support agent will guide you through the next steps to update your email
