If you no longer have access to your registered phone number and want to update it, here’s what you need to do:
Option 1: You Have Access to Your Betano Account
Log in to your account and go to My Account → Profile → Personal Details
Update your mobile number
A 4-digit verification code will be sent via SMS to the new number
Enter the code in the designated field to confirm the change
Option 2: You DO NOT Have Access to Your Betano Account
Contact Betano Customer Support through Live Chat, Email, or Phone

During the verification process, you’ll be asked to provide the following:
Full name
Username
ID number
Date of birth
Your old and new phone numbers
Once your details are verified, the support agent will guide you through updating your phone number
