Whenever the phone number linked to your account is updated, you’ll receive an alert letting you know this change has taken place.
This applies whether the update was made by you—such as during routine account maintenance—or by someone else who may have gained unauthorized access to your account.
Purpose
The alert ensures you’re immediately notified of any changes to the phone number on your account.
If you didn’t initiate the change, you can quickly take action to secure your account and prevent potential misuse.
No action is needed if you made the phone number change.

Instant notifications give you the opportunity to spot suspicious activity before it escalates, helping reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
How You’ll Be Notified
You’ll receive an email alert from Betano confirming that your account phone number was changed.
The email will include details about the change.
If you did not make the change yourself, you’ll be advised to review your account activity and secure your account immediately.
