Due to certain policies and to encourage responsible gaming, you can decrease your limits anytime, but it will take 7 days after the requested date to increase them.
Decreasing limits:
Setting a smaller amount of deposit, for example, from 100€ to 50€, which will lead to a decrease in your limit, is applied instantly.
Increasing limits:
Setting a larger amount, for example, from 100€ to 200€, will lead to an increase of the actual limit, and will be applied within 7 days.
You will be able to see the remaining amounts for all financial limits you've chosen (daily, weekly, and monthly periods). This information is conveniently displayed within the Player Protection section of the account, alongside the existing limit settings. The remaining amount will be shown consistently even when the limits are split across Casino and Sportsbook, so there's no gap in visibility and regardless of how the limits are configured.
