To set activity limits, please go to My Account → Profile → Player Protection, then locate the Loss Limits for Sportsbook – Virtual Sports field.
Use this limit to establish your net loss limits, effective immediately upon setting.
The calculation is based on the Profits and Losses (P&L), which are determined by subtracting all stakes and deposits (excluding handling fees) from the total winnings within a chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 365 days) from the requested date.
Limits are automatically reset and applied recurrently.
You can decrease your loss limits at any time, but increasing them will take 7 days from the requested date.
Once the set limit is exceeded, the activity will be disabled until the end of the selected period.
Daily Net Loss:
The limit is calculated based on the daily P&L, which is the total of all stakes and deposits (excluding handling fees) minus the total winnings over 24 hours from the time of request. Once the limit is exceeded, the activity will be suspended until the end of 24 hours.
Weekly Net Loss:
The limit is calculated based on the weekly P&L, which is the total of stakes and deposits (excluding handling fees) minus the total winnings over 7 days from the requested time. If this limit is exceeded, the activity will be restricted until the end of the 7 days.
Monthly Net Loss:
This limit is calculated based on the monthly P&L, determined by subtracting all stakes and deposits (excluding handling fees) from the total winnings over 30 days from the time of the request. Once the limit is exceeded, your activity will be restricted until the 30-day period ends.
Yearly Net Loss:
This limit is calculated based on the yearly P&L, determined by subtracting all stakes and deposits (excluding handling fees) from the total winnings over 365 days from the time of the request. Once the limit is exceeded, your activity will be restricted until the 365-day period ends.
