By default, we define a day as a calendar day, running from 00:00 to 23:59.
However, if you opt in for a limit at a different time—say, 23:00—your first day will be counted as a 24-hour period starting from that moment (i.e., from 23:00 to 22:59 the next day). This ensures that the full limit period is honored from the moment of activation.
