The Cash Out option is an additional feature that activates automatically and independently, available in selected markets for both pre-live events and ongoing Live events, across multiple sports, including football, tennis, basketball, and volleyball.
Cash Out is calculated using a complex mathematical algorithm that considers odds fluctuations, event details, match progress, and more. As a result, the Cash Out value is not guaranteed. We cannot influence its availability, as it is technically beyond our control.
To ensure the Cash Out service is available, the following conditions must be met:
All markets on your bet slip must be active and open for betting at the time you wish to Cash Out.
If the Cash Out amount is less than 5% of your initial bet, the option will not be available.
For events in the final minutes, the Cash Out option may become unavailable.
If the market is blocked or the odds used for calculation have changed during the request, Cash Out may be unavailable.
If the market is already decided, the function may not be available.
