If you are trying to log into your account and it asks for a 4-digit code for two-step authentication, but you do not receive it, you can try the following:
1. Request a new code
From the authentication screen, click “Resend SMS”. You will receive a new code instantly.
2. Choose another method to receive the code
If you do not receive the SMS, you can click “Choose another method” and select one of the following options:
- Email: you will receive the code in your email.
- Voice call: you will receive an automated call with the verification code.
- Viber: you will receive the code via a message in Viber.
3. Request the code through the Virtual Assistant
Open a new chat in the Help Center.
Enter your username and your email address.
Then select the following options:
- Registration/Login Issues
- 2-step Verification (2FA)
The Virtual Assistant will send you a new code via SMS.
