If you have not yet claimed participation in the calendar, you need to do so in order to take advantage of our free spins without a deposit. To do so, open our Offers Panel and select the "Mystery Calendar" https://www.betano.bg/statiya/bonus-pravila/338771/?panel=calendar&id=13194 . Then select today's date (October 23) and click on today's offer. The final step is to claim the offer using the green "Participate" button.
If you have already clicked the participation button successfully but the reward is still not visible when entering the game, it is possible that you have multiple active offers stacked in your account.
Please note that several offers cannot be active simultaneously. Even when activated, they are applied and used in chronological order according to the time of their claim. This means that each subsequent offer will only become available after the currently active one has been used, expired or removed.
If you do not wish to use your previously activated rewards, you can access your Active Offers section and remove the older offers using the bin icon, leaving only your most recently claimed reward active. Once this is done, please re-enter the game and check whether the reward is now available.
We wish you success and lots of profits from the Betano team!
